I like how the bad guys bullets cant go threw the brick wall but when they fly a drone over a outdoor room the assaulter shoots threw the fake bricks to kill the dummy. It's DA no hostages on the last part of the video why not just fall back and launch a few live RPG's into the building. Must have been Steven Seagal coordinating the MOD demo I think I see him in the bleachers.

Risk Assessments gag the fancy way of saying risk averse and dangerously weak and fearful of failure

THE RA process needs to be replaced with smart soldiering and a reminder that war is a risk period no getting around it....there is no cutting edge intellect in AAR's most of the time usually they are full of armchair quarterbacks criticizing the decisions and bitching that the event wasn't perfect even if the results were superior....all I see these days are soldiers afraid to do what they should because of this culture and broken rhythm training where if the script changes 1 iota every soldier being a safety starts squawking about the mistake and then restarting the negative psychological impact on units is profound and morale and warrior spirit suffers

And as the Bn Safety Officer (departed in 2001) I am glad I’m retired from that silly stuff.

We deemed your risk assessment was faulty, The required deadline has passed now. We have been sitting on it and have caused it to get past the required deadline waiting for the right time to ask the BC for something.
fix this risk assessment and send us a letter of lateness and we will see what we can do, Have a alternate plan and send that up to for approval shit bag. Why is your team not training ?
