And to you as well. Like those pics - especially showcasing the technology of the day, lol.

A good day to appreciate family. Well... most of 'em anyway.

Yes, a very great and happy Thanksgiving to all, especially those that can’t be with their families. Stay as safe as you can, as compassionate as possible, and as violent as your needs may require.

Happy Thanksgiving to all!

I have to say that cold Turkey loaf and cold sliced pork were probably two of my least favorite meals. If they were heated up, they were not too bad.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving 1969 was in Uharrie liberating the oppressed in Pineland. We bought a 30 pound turkey from a local farmer and had our Thanksgiving turkey cooked over a spitt. 50 years goes by fast.

BTW, nice stove....much better heat with C4 than the C ration can stove with sand and govt issue bug repellent, which burned pretty good too.

Yeah, give thanks for special tool, non-issue, 1 each. What the hell is a pull tab anyway?

I always traded for the spaghetti and meat sauce. Everyone thought it looked gross and didn't want to eat it cold. It was great cold! Better than warm, really. Also, I didn't smoke and held back the cigs to trade or sell later. (For the younger guys, we only got paid once a month in the Napoleon era.)

Happy Thanksgiving! Sleep well.

I just finished a pan-seared hash of Turkey confit, mushrooms dressing, walnut-sweet-tater pie for brunch.

By the By,, After dinner last nite, I stopped at the Tesla dealer and took a hard look at the Cyber Truck.

Not impressed, they still have problems with the bulletproof windows, although only 4 out of my 6 shots penetrated clean thru 😎

caveat emptor 🧐

Which also brings me to Black Friday

Please Please Please🙏

Works for Popeye's these days, too.
Giving thanks; don't live near either a Tesla dealer or a Popeye's.
Peace reigns.

The ones I saw were Spaghetti and Beef Chunks, IIRC. Don't believe I ever saw one with Meat Sauce.

Whatever it was, I hope everyone got plenty of Thanksgiving goodies.
