The POS who Susan Rice declared was a "soldier who served with honor and distinction" receives a DD but no prison time.
BTW, where are the five murderous bastards Osama Obama released to gain the recovery of this shithead?

Judge Nance, this morning, sentenced him to a Dishonorable Discharge, Reduction to E-1, and fined $1000 for 10 months.....

Desertion used to be the one thing that was not often done. Mostly I think because of the stiff penalty (death) involved. Not to say there weren't desertions, I just don't think it was very popular.
This judge has now set a precedence that desertion in war time is not a big deal and soldiers lives lost looking for a deserter are not a big deal! I expect this will be more common place now since the penalties aren't that steep!

I could not agree more.
It's fairly clear who runs the United States military.........
Commanders have not been commanders since the JAG's took over the military.
If the military had half a brain they would reduce the JAG numbers in the military by 90%.
