Judge acquits Bundys

Quote:
A jury found brothers Ammon and Ryan Bundy not guilty a firearm in a federal facility and conspiring to impede federal workers from their jobs at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, 300 miles southeast of Portland where the trial took place. Five co-defendants also were tried one or both of the charges.

Despite the acquittal, the Bundys were expected to stand trial in Nevada early next year on charges stemming from another high-profile standoff with federal agents. Authorities rounding up cattle at their father Cliven Bundy's ranch in 2014 because of unpaid grazing fees released the animals as they faced armed protesters.

Best outcome. I wonder if the jury was sympathetic and how that was received by the ruling elite in this election year.

Upon reading that there were two relatively recent incidents that came to mind.

1) the Hutatree

2) Charles Dyer aka July4Patriot.

The Bundys like the Hutaree and Dyer had their federal charges dismissed. And like Dyer the Bundy's still have to have their day in Nevada court which like Dyer could come back to bite them in the ass.

We have kicked this can down the road many, many times, on Randy Weaver, Waco, etc., etc,. etc. and the one thing that always seems continuous is the Feds don't look good in the end.

So considering the Bundy's were aquited in Federal Court, it begs to question why the Feds set up a road block and arrested them, and with that in mind was LaVoy Finicum actually murdered by the Feds?

Murder would imply premeditation. I don't think that was the case. More likely the Feds "saw what they expected to see" and had fingers on the trigger with the slack pulled out and can justify a homicide by claiming "officers need to go home to their families at night" instead of "protect and serve"

It seems those on the left are beginning the "extreme right" fear propaganda, a result of the outcome of the trial.

They are certainly no more guilty than Hillary Clinton of federal crimes. I'm glad the jury agreed.

Hunting someone with guns you already dislike.........

Premeditation, nah..... just lawyers with guns acting as normal, shooting folks with hands raised and getting away with it.

From this article I gather that anyone who believes in the Constitution is on the extreme right. I also like how they are trying to place the race issue in it with the reference to the Dakota pipeline protests. Those people were forcibly removed because they were on private property, not because they were Indians!

Good outcome for the Bundys.

And lying about who shot what rounds after the fact. Because that's how honest, non murdering thugs with badges behave.
