By the way keavin, are you still best friends with the guys that own Creation Entertainment and bought your military story hook line and sinker? Our readers would like to know.

Do the good folks at the POW Network have this guy's data?

Excellent.

How about this guy?

I realize that I am coming in late. Apologies in advance if I am asking stupid questions.

I just wish that we had a foolproof way to prosecute some of these guys. They are proliferating like flies.

Thanks.

magician,

As far as I know the FBI was notified right after it happened, 11 Nov 07. We know the US military does not have any authority in the matter, its now up to the feds. I'm guessing with all the thousands of terrorist incidents going on daily the FBI is a little too busy to bust this scumbag.

In contrast, had the scumbag been sporting an FBI story and badges I've little doubt he'd been arrested by 10 high speed low drag heavily armed FBI SWAT folks that day.

I believe that the FBI did their part in this case.

They, like the police, do not decide whether to prosecute cases or not, the DA does.

Maybe you should correspond with the appropriate Attorney General's office, but I suspect that they will tell you they have a backlog of bigger crimes to prosecute than posers.

I do like your analogy, I suspect that impersonating an LE officer for financial gain would probably be prosecuted.

This SOB is a punk and a scumbag, regardless.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

Nothing is over. This one is getting some new attention from the SF (R) community not yet on this site. I've directed them to this thread.

It's over, keavin lawdermilk (aka kevin wise) walked scot free. The DA didn't do a damn thing to the scumbag. (I did hear he cried like a baby when he was brought before the DA.)

I love how in the first picture of Wise he has an airborne tab put on his pocket flap as an identifier, lol, someone should have at least corrected him on that. then he might be more believable haha. what a sad existence it is to have to lie to get admiration from people.
