The Book Exchange
This thread is for people to list books they are willing to give away or trade to others.
THREAD RULES
1. Post in the thread ONLY if you are listing books you want to give away or trade.
2. Do NOT post to express interest in a book. If you are interested, contact the person who has listed a book by private message or e-mail.
3. Do NOT post to discuss books. You can do that in another thread, not here.
4. If you list a book and then send it to someone or it is no longer available for some other reason, please EDIT your original post to indicate that the book is no longer available. Do NOT create a new post to indicate that a book is gone, as that will create confusion.
That is all. We hope this thread will be a valuable resource to members, particularly those overseas. Thanks to kgoerz for the idea.

I'll get this thing started. I have a copy of "Inside the Green Berets, The first thirty years" By Col. Charles M Simpson III and the forward by General William Yarborough that I am willing to give away.
The book has already been spoken for.

D. Mike Abrashoff - It's Your Ship
He was our keynote speaker this week at a conference in Dallas. Impressive speaker; amazing life story. I would sure love to have his book. I'll probably run out and buy it if this doesn't get a quick nibble.

Interesting note on the paperback edition of the book (at least the version I found years ago) - it's my team on the cover - sepia'd and pointillated - the guy in the wayfarers had prescription lenses in them, that's why he could wear them. And yes, I am on there, prior to my last broken nose / rhinoplasty.
