I used to think that Biden was elected so that Harris could replace him when his mental capacity or lack thereof was made apparent to the public. Now, I think that whoever is running him will keep him in place so the powers behind the scene can implement their policies out of the public view, away from criticism.

This seems reasonable to me....Hunter Bidens mischief makes it slightly harder....Harris as a sitting POTUS would be hard to support but she is a useful woman of color and as corrupt as the day is long...perfect fit
