WM, thank you so much for the comprehensive list of VERY useful information and thanks to all the other contributors. Some of these sites and books, I have not even heard of but I have read a few of them.
Mr. Spencer's book is one of my favorite, quick and easy read for those of you who don't like to read.
Knowledge is indeed power but I think actions speak louder. If we don't let our senators and congressmen know that we are not satisfied, they will continue to run amok and bend over backwards for that ideology because they think if they cater to them, they won't rise up against us. (MHO)
