Excellent! When I worked at Leonard Wood in '08-'09 as civilian instructor I couldn't believe what basic training had become. I remember seeing Drill Sergeants with tattoos down the side of their face and neck! There were not a lot of units running PT around the streets.....loads of them were WALKING on the athletic tracks!
I have heard time and again how the standards have dropped throughout the Army. I guess it is all true. You QP's who are still there: God Bless You!

Patches........we didn't need no stinkin patches. At 3_ Engineers at Ft Lost in the Woods we weren't issued greens until a week out from AIT graduation. Happily they dogged us well, it was a point of pride for us as we saw other units around us getting the slack treatment......we all were feeling great when we left that fort.
