I recommend Glow-On products. I have both paint and sticker and they work perfect. You can put paint on thumb tacks or cut sticer numbers/arrows.

If reflective didn't work due to visibility glow in the dark will be worthless. Reflective will put off more light than glow in the dark any day if you can get the illumination to it and if you can't that means the reflective tape illumination inst going to get to you either.
