I was impressed with the beauty of the soccer played in all of the elimination matches, and I think the Women's international teams were excellent ambassadors for the sport. Attendance and viewership were way up, and hopefully FIFA takes notice for future women's world cups.
The US team was certainly best in the tourney. My 2 favorite matches were France v. Germany and US v. Germany - both hard fought matches. Japan v. England wasn't too far behind, but it was heartbreaking to see England go out the way they did.
