Chechen News Program
Chrystal Callahan is a Canadian living in Groznyj, Chechnya and there appears to be a substantial number of episodes of her show on youtube. Here's one of her trying to learn Chechen language (Noxchijn mott). The clips appear to have some good insight into the Chechen culture via an English speaker.
The only bad thing, IMO, is that when they speak English, the subtitles are in Russian.
