I saw it being discussed at MilitaryPhotos.net, now knowing it was stolen, ive removed my comment from there and added one over at bigboys to remove it.

Whoever let it get posted there has decresed the likelihood of you seeing something like that again here.

We will just put them where the only people who will see it will not post it elsewhere.

Agree.

We cannot stop internet bottom feeders such as big-boys.com from stealing the movie, so we will no longer post them for the general public.

That sucks but I understand why it has to be done. To the person who stole the video thanks for screwing up a good thing.

Interesting. RL, AL: Could professionalsoldiers.com get a small windfall of self-funding $$ from this theft of professionalsoldiers.com's video as taken by Max_Tab?

One single copyright violation from a stolen graphic cost a small business that was a client of my graphic artist $25,000 and put them out of business.

It would be great if some obnoxious thief like that website violates one of my copyrights by stealing a picture or video from my website. Injection molding machine is still needed.

So post lots of great video here. All with a specific professionalsoldiers.com copyright notice.

FrontSight

PS: What some discussion forums have started doing (which seems just as wrong) is to claim copyright over anything posted there by any member. According to vBulletin, even though the blanket copyright hasn't always held up in court precedents, it's unclear enough whether the person who posted a picture they took, then re-uses their picture on their website, could then be sued for copyright infringement for using their own picture.

So, lets see if the thief has ANY integrity?

Oh BTW, in general its pretty easy to figure out who takes what off of your own server. Maybe that will give you some motivation.
Ever find out who did it?

The messed up thing is I asked if I could post it somewhere but haven't yet, and now I won't thanks to whoever it is that did it. So, whoever posted it without asking permission, thank you for screwing the rest of us that won't get to see things like that again.

An old saying goes, "Two men can keep a secret, if one of them is dead."

There are people out there who would steal the pennies off a corpse's eyes.

Low indeed.
