I used them ever since I found out about them from one of the guys in the National Guard sniper school in Arkansas.
I absolutely loved them, as did everyone in my squad who was actually interested in doing their job. The rest never bothered with them.
I know it's probably against the rules, but I unscrewed the eyepiece off of my pvs14's and put it inside the actual system, getting rid of the need for the rubber cover that always bugged the bejeezus out of me.
The difference in dark adaptation on the eye that was using them was pretty drastic. The blind spot in that eye went away very quickly, especially when I kept the gain as low as was feasible.
I forget the name of the owner, Kirk something, but he sent me a huge box of swag just for asking about them while I was deployed. They make IR absorbent camo facepaint in a powder that goes on a LOT easier than the old sticks and compacts. Also the orange/red glasses they made were nice for reducing the time between going outside and getting a good dark adaptation, although I don't know how much better than a plain set of red glasses or plain sunglasses. He sent 2 sets of those glasses, the facepaint which I had no use for unfortunately, some pretty nice lens cleaner, and about twenty filters. I got all this stuff for just asking about the product. Very generous I'd say. Especially for how useful I found those little plastic filters.
