Dog Company: A True Story of American Soldiers...

The full title of this book is:

Dog Company: A True Story of American Soldiers Abandoned by Their High Command Hardcover – April 11, 2017
by Roger Hill (Author), Lynn Vincent (Author)

Just saw this today. Looks like an excellent (if maddening) read.

CPT Hill

http://www.breitbart.com/radio/2017/...raying-troops/

This is very disheartening. I served with CPT Hill (one of the authors), then LT Hill in the Old Guard. He always struck me as a very intelligent, genuine, and well spoken officer. Always concerned for his men.

I am at a loss for words when I read about stories like this. I'm sure there are many, many more.

Will the armed forces ever recover fully from what the obummer administration has done to them?

there is another thread on this board that discusses the lack of vertical cohesion in our military now.
Sad indeed
I submit, however, that in the era where Americans and plenty world population no longer have the taste for firebombing and splitting plutonium, law fare is the rule of the day....like it or not.

I know one outstanding 18A who ETS's and went to law school for that exact purpose. Adapting to the battlespace
