FBI kills hostage "victim".

This is what happens when you give lawyers guns and call them "trained".

Really bad idea.

Did I read somewhere the victim was tied to a chair when shot?

3 in custody after FBI agent kills kidnapping victim during Houston raid

Written by Tom Steele, Breaking News Producer

Updated Jan. 26: Revised throughout to include additional details.
A federal agent shot a kidnapping victim dead during a predawn raid at a northeast Houston home Thursday.

FBI spokeswoman Christina Garza said during a news conference that the man was shot during an "operation" at the house on Elbert Street around 3:45 a.m. He was pronounced dead a short time later at a nearby hospital.

Garza said the FBI could not release any details about the man or the circumstances of the shooting, but court records obtained by the Houston Chronicle show that the victim, Ulysses Villadares, had been kidnapped in Montgomery County on Wednesday.

Two gunmen burst into a home in Conroe, about 40 miles north of Houston, restrained a man and his 12-year-old son and demanded $8,000, Conroe police Sgt. Jeff Smith told the Chronicle. They took the father with them when they left, along with video-game systems and a sword, and told the boy not to call the authorities.

I guess when they hollered "don't move" he twitched.

So, one guy is killed - the hostage, none of the perps and three are arrested - none of them an FBI agent.

Must be nice.

Lemme guess, he wouldn’t show them his hands when ordered to do so.

That's what I read, the "victims" hands were still duct taped when he was shot.

Houston SWAT was probably told by the FBI, "We got this".

I'd rather be a mattress salesman than an FBI "Special" agent.

"The reason for the gunfire during the raid was not detailed during Thursday's news conference with the FBI in Houston. Valladares' hands had still been bound in duct-tape when agents arrived. He later died at the hospital."

Prayers for the family and the agent. That must be horrifying

Attorney speaks as son of kidnapping victim killed in FBI raid still in CPS custody

Family not being allowed access to either the orphaned child nor the body of the deceased parent.

Next headline "FBI loses body of kidnapping victim shot by FBI agents and orphaned child lost in CPS system."

There is a lot going on here. CPS can't release the child to the brother until they check him out. The kidnapping probably wasn't random, and was probably not to get the return of an overdue library book. Drug/gang related... I think that I read in one article that the Brother may be involved somehow.

All this still doesn't explain how a hostage with duct taped hands gets shot by the FBI...

Cover story has been released

Days after the FBI shot and killed a kidnapping victim, their cover story has been put out for public consumption. (Hint: it's the victim's fault)

Kidnapping victim killed during FBI raid grabbed agent's gun, chief says

Since the FBI isn't the epitome of honesty these days, much less fidelity, bravery and integrity I don't believe their account.

More FBI Lies............

"Kidnapping victim killed during FBI raid grabbed agent's gun, chief says"

So this victim is tied to the chair and his hands are bound (duct tapped) and he's going for a gun.

So this is the "story" the fucking Houston FBI wants out there.

Fucking morons compounding their failed bullshit shooting with a bullshit story.

So tell me Johnny Law, who investigates corrupt FBI Shootings and Lies?

I'd like to see the pussy FBI "Special Agent" that's life was threatened by a tied up victim.

The same people who want more gun control, want us to belief these institutions will do just fine keeping us safe. What a joke, and I feel terrible for the victims family.
