POTUS 2016
So who do you like? Today I attended a fundraiser for Ted Cruz, who I have known for a long time.
I'm including a poll. No liberals allowed.

At this point in time, I'm not throwing my support behind anyone just yet.
But of the list, I will say that I have been looking at three of them.
In no particular order ...
Rand Paul
Ted Cruz
Rick Perry
Let's see where these guys are in 6 to 8 months time.

Dr. Ben Carson isn't on the list.
My problem is that I really don't like any of the declared candidates in either major party. I'm still doing my research for the least of all evils.

Should have had two
Should have had two - who ya' want and who do you think will win.
For all her faults the libs will rally behind HRC - and many moderate women (and conservatives also) will be excited to vote for the first woman President.
She will edge by whatever milktoast oozes out of our primary.

The election of HRC is a foregone conclusion. Better to concentrate on holding majorities in both houses of Congress and invest in guns and ammo.

why aren't Clinton and Sanders on the list of choices?
I just wanted the early pleasure of voting AGAINST her...
...a missed opportunity.

We are really, really, early. Walker has done some great stuff. Rubio is a good candidate. I also like Carly Fiorina, but I don't know enough about her yet.
A lot of vetting needs to happen between now and then. But I definitely think Clinton is beatable.

The lessor of two evils IS STILL EVIL! Better to undervote than to vote for evil.

As it stands, regardless of which Party holds a majority in Congress - the Liberals are still calling the tune.

I voted for Walker. I like Cruz but I think he's far too polarizing to win a general election. Walker can and he's the only name on that list that was willing to risk his job over doing what he thought was right. I'd like tour next president to have a spine.

Carly She's a good businesswoman and if Hillary is the Dem, it yanks a big part of Hillary's platform right out from under her. At least Carly would be fiscally responsible...
That said, it ain't going to happen. Cruz or Paul will be the GOP candidate and Hillary is a straw man (woman?) option. The dems will do the same thing they do every time she is involved. They'll let the GOP spend and plan their positions against her and then the real candidate will step forward. Her party loyalty reward was the NY Senatorial position.
The big wrench is Trump. He'll end up doing the same thing Ross Perot did and use his money to wage a campaign that splits the GOP vote.
