It is another workout. It has good ideas. The focus (the low reps, 30-40 min gym time, rest) on strength is there.
Could not read past page 2, skimmed to the 2 monday.
Damn homework (i will be 2/2/2 in arabic).
I have a hard time getting enough rest. If going to the gym was it that would be great. I do to much cardio and fighting to really follow the workout (miss too many workouts).
Remember it is a variable in an equation, it should add up to your goal.
Anybody do a routine similar to this?
