LOL, great idea! I've never thought about having to cook blind. I know I could chop/dice without a problem, spices, not much of a problem, measuring by hand, I'd do the same thing the chef is doing, pouring whatever into my hand and feeling how much is there.

Would be a pain gathering your ingredients though.

There was a blind woman that won Masterchef a couple of years ago. It was really interesting to watch how she did things, especially on the challenges that included copying someone else's plating.
