Ex-wife had #10...she is now essentially a ward of the state...well, she's a curator at a state museum...

My daughter-in-law has #4 (English Lit) and makes a lot of $$ working for AT&T as a technical editor - she puts into plain English the gobbledygook writing produced by the technonerds and engineers who produce and run the networks...and who make much less than she does.
Oftentimes it is less the degree itself than what you manage to do with it in life.

What about this one?
http://www.rttnews.com/ArticleView.aspx?Id=1536820
(RTTNews) - Canadian singer Mary-Lu Zahalan-Kennedy has earned the unusual distinction of becoming the first person ever to earn a Master's degree in the subject of The Beatles. The 53-year-old was the first to complete a full course of study on the famed group at U.K.'s Liverpool Hope University.
http://educationstormfront.wordpress...n-the-beatles/
The course looks at the studio sound and composition of the Beatles and how Liverpool helped to shape their music. The MA examines the significance of their music and how it helped to define identities, culture and society.

The most successful member of my middle son's high school class did not graduate - Jessica Simpson.
And so it goes...

Glad to see that Liberal Arts is not on the top 10 list.
It might be number 11 though.

The Beatles were the best Capitalists to come out of England in their time.

No, you're not, Bro. There are at least two of us.
I do find it fascinating that Paul McCartney made the rank of Colour Sergeant in the SAS for a number of years, however. Macho.

That list was truly funny. Unfortunately, my son plans on majoring in the #1 position. His goal is a Masters of Divinity followed by an Army Commission as a Chaplain. Maybe I need to show him this list.
I was reminded of the line from Caddyshack
"So, I tell them I'm a pro jock, and who do you think they give me? The Dalai Lama, himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald... striking. So, I'm on the first tee with him. I give him the driver. He hauls off and whacks one - big hitter, the Lama - long, into a ten-thousand foot crevasse, right at the base of this glacier. Do you know what the Lama says? Gunga galunga... gunga, gunga-lagunga. So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice. "

IMO he couldn't do any better as an Officer. If he were my son, I'd encourage him to no end to achieve that goal.

I disagree - IMO it'd be 11B, 18A, 180A.
Best Chaplains I ever met were former IN/SF Officers who got out and returned after completing their theological degrees and ordination.

Number four here, never understood the fascination.
I am, unfortunately, a history major, which I am surprised did not make the list. I considered a criminology major, but my school would not give me any credit for my two years police experience and academy training. I guess they figure their average twenty-two year old graduate has a better understanding of the criminal justice system than a cop does. Anyway, at least in my case, I'm only concerned about the piece of paper to open up some federal doors or better opportunities in law enforcement. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

What were your areas of emphasis?
