In my studies of US history, I somehow missed the Franklin and Hamilton administrations.

ZonieDiver Sir,
I wasn't intentionally implying that Franklin or Hamilton, either one, served as POTUS. I intended "Presidential Picture" to refer to BHO's picture, but I do appreciate your calling my mistake, Sir.

This is outrageous; you've gone too far.
As the First Gay POTUS, his face rightfully belongs on the 3-dollar bill.

FWIW - we don't have paper food stamps - the paper stamps were replaced years ago with the introduction of the EBT debit cards.

Could be funnier if the list had the Clinton $3 and the Obama $1,000,000,000,000 bills...or...the Obama $3 bill (as our first gay President, according to Newsweek).
And so it goes...

The denomination should be the $.01 food stamp. $1.00 is way more than he deserves.

If his bill was based on worth you couldn't put his face on a pile of dog crap.
