FYI, for anyone looking, MP net has a thread on badges:

I know that the 10th exchanged badges,, "Ever Drink a Gelbe Stuka?" and SF has exchanged jump wings with everyone.

Have there been other dive badge exchanges??

I've known teams that have trained and dived with foreign countries and been awarded their dive badges.

There definately have been in South America.

Back in the mid 90's we (515) were issued a Jordainian Diver badge....and even got orders backing it up from the host nation CDR.
