COL Myerchin died last year in May 2012, almost three months after Dr. Taylor was honored; his

I have a photo my father took at Camp Widder (An Loc / Hon Quan) in '66 or '67 which I will post on Monday. I saw the same photo in a book some years back and the caption identified the men as members of the Phoenix Program; the captain second from the right is CPT Tom Myerchin.
