ARMY REGULATION 600-8-22 does NOT list the "Vietnamese Parachute Badge" as an authorized award... Also If the evidence of record showes that David Groves completed The Republic of Vietnam Special Forces Parachute Training whiile serving in country; Regulation 635-5 states that training courses for combat skills will not be listed in item 29 of the DD form 214....TK
