I believe that that is their plan. Break the long line of "toxic" males joining the military and replace them with socially engineered drones to turn loose on the populace. This may be why they want to draft females (and the made up genders). That works with the police, too. Defund, depopulate, refund, repopulate with the socially engineered drones.
