It looks a little thin
It looks a little thin and the writting a little big to be a complete New Testiment so....
Not all chapters made it into the Bible and some may not have been around when they were.
The age on this one may have been 1,500 years? Or from the 16th Century?
The Synod of Hippo was in 393.
