1. Rescind all Executive Orders and unilateral WH memo's that bypass the legislative process

2. Disassemble the "czar" system completely and put in place measures that would block any such future action.

3. Assess the policy and regulatory overreach used and abused by Federal Departments and Agencies (DHS, EPA, DOJ, Agriculture, Education...etc...etc...)

4. Demonstrate a commitment to support and uphold the Constitution and the political processes outlined therein (see items 1, 2 and 3).

5. Institute a "daylight" policy to counteract the previous administrations (so-called) "transparency" and allow the American people to really see what has been going on within the EOP over the last 8 years.

6. Destroy the "DC Insider/Royal Court" by outlining a plan to move Federal Department and Agency Headquarters OUT of the DC metro area and into the regions of the country where their primary mission focus is (USDA in Iowa, Interior in Montana, DHS in Arizona).
