When I was a young stud running 75+ miles a week for fun I always laughed when I entered a 10K race and 99% of the people in the race were sporting "racers" clothing. Me, just an old tee-shirt and nylon (PT) shorts. The only "fancy" thing I had on were my sneakers. (And 99% of them finished behind me.....
