200 meter zero

I wanted to survey everyone on the use of the 200m Zero for the M-4. The benifit over the old "25 makes on target at 300" is simplifying the shift of aim. With the old method of zero, the bullet would cross the line of sight at 25m (on the magical Z setting) rise and recross the line of sight at roughly 300m. Some in the shooting community found this confusing because you needed to aim low at 200m for a low percentage shot. A new school of thought is to sight in POA/POI at 200m. This would mean the first cross would happen at roughly 50m (not exactly sure). This would mean roughly six inches high at 100m and roughly 6 low at 300m (if your optamistic and going for a head shot). What this equates to is a centermass hold getting a center mass hit anywhere within the engagment range of the M-4. My question would be has anyone tried it and if so, any comments?

I tried the search button and found nothing. If I'm in error I appoligise ahead of time.
