Fred Phelps and his merry band of idiots are well versed in civil protests, and they go to great lengths not to break the law. His purpose, as an attorney, is to incite others into breaking the law in order to allow the WBC to sue them. He is a scumbag lawyer whose cult violates the teachings of the one who they claim they worship.
