I've heard a number of conflicting reports, from the shooter yelling "Allah Akbar" to "fuck the foreigners". Probably Islamic related, but as has already been said could be an anti-migrant attack too. Both would make sense at this point. With reports so conflicting it will be a little while before the story solidifies.
