Craig Pulvirenti is a 29 year police/swat officer. He has instructed in 5 police academies in the state of Michigan, 4 colleges, the US military as well as the US Department of Defense in Iraq. Craig is also a Vetted Lead Instructor for the US State Department (Anti Terrorism Assistance Program) and has worked 11 different countries.
Craig trained for WPPS (worldwide Personal Protection Service) 3 as well as Train the Trainer (T3) for WPPS 3.
Worked in Protective details since 1985 while in the US Army. This first training was provided by the US Department of State Diplomatic Security Service. During this period, Pulvirenti was assigned to protect the United State Army Europe Commander General Glen Otis. Opened a personal protection company in 1993 and have had dozens of clients including entertainers and dignitaries worldwide, in permissive and non-permissive environments.
in 1999, Pulvirenti was trained for active shooter response with Las Angeles Police, where he researched and developed the Michigan standard class for Police and Security Response to the active shooter. This program is instructed in 6 police academies in Michigan. Since 1999 Pulvirenti has researched, evaluated and instructed dozens of classes for Police Academies in the state of Michigan as well as the US State Department and US Department of Defense.
Craig’s personal company is responsible for training police, banks, schools, government and private industries in all areas from self defense and firearms, to administrative and risk management related training.
