He seems like a genuine nationalist with a high approval rating and trust of his people. I'm sure we'll see serious action by him in the near future if things continue to escalate.
His attacking terrorists would receive far less of an outcry than his methods of dealing with drug traffickers. However, I am curious as to his motives behind not destroying the terrorists operating there as I don't believe it's based on his concerns for negative feedback.
