The company I worked for went entirely electronic, giving everyone from the president on down to the field guys iPhones. All billing, customer service forms, etc are on the iPhone. Saving trees by the thousands. So far, it has worked out well. Plus, the company can monitor location, service length, notes to the customer, et al.
