Corporate world and academia informally went that route decades ago.

Think of this personal information...medical information...combined with Red Flag laws...bad news for some truly innocent folks with the wrong significant other...or nosy snowflake in next cubicle.

Pre-crime, social credit scores, all accusers must be believed (unless they are conservative or white male heteros), “hate speech...”
