SF-TX - Not that my opinion matters, but I agree with you on steps 1 & 2, but I have to wonder if there is a need for a step 3. Just two days ago, in Aceh, the Muslim majority closed and burned down churches. Source

It would seem that the new generations of Muslims have little capability of recalling the the killing of the radical Mullahs/Imams by the Dutch.
