Military Free Fall (HALO) is the same thing as throwing a 'nade.
Not going to use it 99% of the time but it's how you separate the men from the sissies.
Tossing a 'nade is about as a traumatic experience as most "trainees" have yet experienced.
But with the advent of snowflakes/females in combat arms, the 'nade tossing had to go.
