Do any of you gents have an idea of the time line right now for getting hooked up with a recruiter at duty station to actually leaving for SFPC/SFAS? I've heard different times, ranging from 2 weeks to a few months. The shorter the better.

The 18X rep at the FSC just told us that they are now briefing qualified 11B guys at Benning on a switch to 18X. He said it had something to do with a lot of the guys losing their options in BCT.
