Water, water, everywhere, and...
...access to water and sanitation is a basic human right and it has been since 28 July 2010 with the passage of UN Resolution 64/292

This MUST be fake news since the United Nations General Assembly has explicitly recognized the human right to water and sanitation.


So the real question is, who are we going to blame for this glaring violation of human rights, granted in writing by the UN General Assembly?
