I don't think it was. It may have used Beretta parts. The receiver, seems to be reweld. It was reblued, a steel receiver with more iron (cheaper to make receivers) will be a plum color with normal bluing salts, This one is plum except in the middle of the receiver, Where it may have been welded using a better Steel welding rod.
The Berettas, I beleived where marked Berettas too.
