Changes to SDAP
 

There is a power point making the rounds at work right now about some upcoming changes. As far as I can tell, as a delta with a couple years at group I am about to go from my current SDAP to $0. However, if I were to find a way to drop my "Novice" 18d MOS and work anywhere else in SOF as a W1 medic, I would max out at as a 68W "Master" and receive $1000 a month. The Army has already communicated to me via the most recent SRB Milper that they would value me more as a 68W than as an 18D. This second message is pretty hard to ignore.
