Towed Jumper Procedure?!?!
Anyone know who uses this procedure?!?! I've never heard of it, but it appears to have it's merits!!

At first I thought that his reserve was on the front and it got yanked loose but I didn't see a reserve in the previous jumper. Is their reserve below the main chute?
