At press time, Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond Chandler was considering a blanket ban on running, as it looks unprofessional and makes everyone else who can’t feel bad.

I don't understand this theory of leadership. Can any one explain this?

I always thought a leader was one who leads a person to overcome their doubts in themselves. You know, help a person believe that he/she really can do the impossible.

Did you not notice the "walking shoes" those guys were wearing?

Pink, white, or black high-heeled platform shoes. I thought the pink ones looked kinda nice with the outfit!
