Too much talk and not enough broken bones...lol the skinny bitch was not saved by magic black clothing either ! BAM !

I’m sorry...I haven’t stopped laughing for 5 minutes.

Would it be unreasonable to make it illegal to intentionally hide one's identity in public, particularly at rallies/events?

Would potentially address several issues....

Good observation Doc.

Depends.

Some state’s already have some statutes in place.

1st Amendment is a powerful thing.

See article below.

I think a fair question might be...isn’t assault and battery (pepper spraying folks validly at a protest) no longer a legal shield to 1st A protection? This should be an add-on felony if it is not already.

North Dakota's new anti-protest law seems to violate the right to free speech.

Good luck with that, it would turn into a religious debate about burkhas in the first 5 minutes

rsdengler 02-14-2018 11:28

One would think that those that would wear the burkha would not be out in public, unless accompanied by their husbands or male relatives, and they would also be discouraged from demonstration....

Under Sharia Law, I believe, the burkha is removed before the stoning commences. That way everyone throwing rocks can see the blood spray on a good hit.

On a side note: I have no problem with certain potentially unlawful actors going the extra step to mask themselves before committing a crime. It makes it easier to observe, task, and orient limited police assets.

Perhaps then just make it a law that if anyone intentionally hides his/her/its identity at any public gathering that they are identifying themselves as a hostile combatant and thus can (and probably will) be treated as such. ;)

Shit, I’m still laughing...

A. >>pepper spray to the face of B...

B. >>>BAM>>> B slaps A upside the head...A’s ear is still ringing...

A’s friend...>>>”...that is not acceptable.”

Sorry...I’m still laughing...

Many states do have laws against masking oneself thanks to the KKK. They do allow for Holloween and Mardi Gras, though.

California had very restrictive anti-mask laws until the Iranian revolution in '79 when protesters explained that they were only hiding their identities to protect themselves from retaliation. Berkley even has a no mask policy for non-students but they don't bother to check.

I do not advocate violence...
...but when it is being visited upon the lawless, I just cant turn away.

That one jokerette without the mask didn't mind getting in his face and being equal until he treated her equal - then she went away

"pedal your indignation somewhere else"

OMFG that was awesome - Equality of outcome really CAN be a good thing sometimes.
