U.S. tank brigade arrives in Germany for eastern deployment
 

The 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team of the 4th Infantry Division has arrived in northern Germany for eventual deployment to Poland. They will also be participating in training operations in the Baltic countries as a display of force to Putin's Russia.

As I've said before, maybe we should have left a larger presence in Europe instead of basically disbanding 7th Army.

Served in Europe during the Cold War many years ago and seeing this deployment kind of makes me wish I were young again so I could participate.

Maybe restart REFORGER again???

Ahh, good times (and some that sucked). Maybe with a different set of target folders, since many of the old major players seem less inclined to help themselves these days. Perhaps a "Repel Boarders" or "Reinforce Borders" theme. This isn't looking like the administration that will simply say, "If only they had jobs..."
