Colt S.P.E.A.R. (Self Preservation Evasion and Reliance) toys??
 

While looking for some G10 knife scales for a project, I stumbled on these Colt(?) products.

Looks like something that could come in handy as part of a bug-out kit or as a survival kit item, for campers and backpackers.

I could see using these in an expedient game trap or fishing spear.
