I was not very clear in my explanation. I should have used "armed forces" as opposed to "military forces". Title 32 is very clear in that a State Guard is a Defense Force and differentiates it from the Armed Forces that may be called to federal service. However, Texas GC 437 does not use that language and instead only uses the term "military forces". My use of that word was wrong. (This post is at the direction of SF-TX, not an attempt to revive an argument)

I guess they got that right. How else do you explain the hundreds/thousands of unpaid exercise participants "unwitting" assisting in the exercise Jade Helm 15? What better than to have thousands out looking for you, land , sea, air and cyberspace! You see in a game of adult hide and seek we are also the current masters.
