Does anyone know of a website that carries an anniversary list of dates important and/or memorable to terrorists? (The kind of date list that they want to commemorate with new terror events?) The one I used to know of was taken down. (It wasn't a great secret, I think they just wanted you to buy the list in one of their publications.) Thanks.

The National Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism has a list of incidents and significant dates (http://www.mipt.org/incidentcalendar.asp).

You can also access a more detailed list of incidents in their Terrorism Knowledge Base. (http://www.tkb.org/IncidentDateModule.jsp)

Thank you, tk27. That was very helpful.

I'm actually watching for tomorrow, January 23rd. If there are any alert historians out there, feel free to chime in with anything that might be relevant over the longer view of the Islamic era. I really have no idea what the date might be on the Islamic calendar.
