We need to bump up the level of professionalism of the Little People a bit. We are doing several things, but one thing that really stands out to me is their lack of knowledge (for lack of a better word) regarding their kit. One group was issued two vests, and they were wearing them both - for example.
So, what I am looking for is a power point or something that shows the lines and their purpose, tips of the trade, that sort of thing. If anybody has anything like that and would be willing to share, it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm not a QP, my input isn't from first hand experience. I have seen powerpoints on this kind of thing before, I will try and find them again. Anything in particular?

Thanks Chris, but I am looking for something a little more specific. There are some good ppts on there though. Appreciate the help.
Why don't you take pics of various rigs off of the Stud Board at LF and make your own presentation? Folks have shown an endless variety over there...

Yeah, I could. Or I could get someone to take the pics and make the presentation. I'm kinda hoping somebody already has this done. I'd rather spend the day or two it would take me to do it from scratch on the range.:)

I found it on the net, thanks. Even if it isn't the direct answer, it will jog my memory and give me ideas. One of the finest pieces of military writing ever done.
