Anyone who hasn'r seen the America's Army SF video clips, and who has a FAST internet connection should try these out.

Not bad at all.

And according to senior sources, you are supposed to be at work.

Is this what you do for CTD, surf military personnel sites on the internet? Wow, how do I get a job like that?:D

BTW, didn't endorse the game, I said to check out the video clips.

You are obviously employing a current or former recon man cough Ambush Mastercough for your intelligence gathering. I am at "work" as alleged, and yes, I am allowed free reign as far as exploring potentially "product related" websites as long as there are no customers waiting. I know It's a tough one, but someone has to do it.

What can I say, I'm a glutton for punishment. As for hornet's nests, I always was partial to fireworks for that purpose. All kidding aside, it is a visually impressive video clip.

Ah E3, there's some much stuff that goes on in that conference that's never discussed. Game producers getting drunk, lots of alcohol and parties.

On Wednesday, May 12, 2004, the tenth annual Electronic Entertainment Exposition (E3) opened at the Los Angeles Convention Center. E3 Insider was there, alongside several thousand extremely wound up gamers.

There is a new video out now too...

Take a sneak peek at some of the new features in the upcoming version of America's Army: Special Forces (Overmatch), including new Special Forces Military Occupational Specialties (MOS), the Stryker Infantry Carrier Vehicle (ICV), and new weapons. This trailer was shown at E3 2004.

The game is provided free of charge to users. Many companies will be introducing new hardware and software titles for fans of video games."

After visiting the Army ROTC HQ, I grabbed a dvd off of the brochures rack with the heading 'Special Forces', thinking it would be all about the 18x program, or a National Geographic documentary. Instead, I got myself a free video game which my brother now plays.
Talk about poor advertising....

You gotta get out from behind that desk more often, sir...

I guess this is what we should expect when all the guys are deployed and there's no one left to task - 'cartoon-character' ODA guys... :D Hmmm... I wonder if the little munchkin's can do mod-demos?...

I have played americas army for awhile. It is one of the best military first person shooters out there. The special forces missions involve hostages, or blowing up a downed blackhawk. You can play as either a SF with a customizable m4 or you can play as a guerilla fighting along side SF. You can put a silencer, dot scope, acog scope, bipod, etc on the weapon in the game. It doesnt even come close to the real thing I would imagine but nonetheless great fun! :D
